Goldmedal Groundbaits — Special Bream Mix

This carefully crafted groundbait is ideal for Bream, Skimmers, Tench, Roach, and Carp.
Made with a blend of sweet fishmeal, salt, and a natural fish laxative, it’s designed to keep Bream actively feeding and returning to the baited area.

This mix is based on a secret blend shared with me by top Dutch anglers, who specialise in big Bream fishing. Bream are known to graze slowly over a bed of groundbait, often filling their stomachs and drifting away from the swim for long periods.

By adding a mild laxative to the groundbait, the fish naturally return to feed more frequently, giving you more consistent bites throughout your session. Combined with the rich, sweet fishmeal aroma, it’s one of my personal favourites for building a winning Bream peg.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add water to the groundbait and mix with the palm of your hand or a mixing drill.

2. Sieve off larger particles for a finer texture.

3. Add loose feed or particles if required.

4. Form balls using wet hands or rubber gloves for balling in, or make golf ball–sized nuggets for cupping into the swim.
