This special Roach Mix is made from a proven blend of aniseed extract, crushed hemp, and natural roasted brown crumb — a combination that has been pulling fish into swims for generations.
It’s especially effective for Roach, but also works brilliantly for Dace and Carp, making it a fantastic all-round mix for rivers, canals, and stillwaters.
This blend has been one of my personal favourites since childhood — and with good reason. Years ago, aniseed was considered so effective for Roach that some tried to have it banned from matches! When someone next to you was using it, it often pulled the fish straight out of your swim and into theirs.
Now, every angler can take advantage of that same pulling power.
Mixing Instructions

Add water gradually to the mix in a bowl.

Use the palm of your hand or a drill whisk to blend until it binds.

Form into small balls and introduce into the swim.
